Where does Viveo come from?

For a while now, I’ve been working on a project I’m deeply passionate about: Viveo . It’s a platform designed to simplify and optimize rental property management, both for individual landlords and real estate professionals.

The idea came from a very specific need: efficiently managing a property I currently rent out by rooms. I wanted a tool that would let me control everything — from contracts to payments — and that could scale as I acquire more properties. And as an entrepreneur, I thought: “What if this could help others too?”

That’s how Viveo was born: a set of tools I’m building primarily for myself, but with the clear intention of turning it into an accessible platform for any landlord who wants to manage professionally — without the hassle.

• Native Viveo Management app: A mobile app for landlords and property managers to handle their real estate business from anywhere.

Why Viveo?

Because I needed a real, practical, and efficient tool to manage my own rental properties. And since I was building it, I decided to do it right — and share it with the world.
